    Although what if the buyer is swayed or influenced by the smile sheets or people “liking you”. If the buyer states they want x to happen, you deliver on x…and for some reason because one or two or more people “didn’t like you” or felt something you did was wrong. The buyer is still unhappy.

    • That’s your fault for allowing the buyer’s expectations to be based on how well you’re “liked.” If you’re a peer of the buyer, you don’t accept that before the assignment.
