    Alan I agree.
    Although what if the buyer is swayed or influenced by the smile sheets or people “liking you”. If the buyer states they want x to happen, you deliver on x…and for some reason because one or two or more people “didn’t like you” or felt something you did was wrong. The buyer is still unhappy.

      That’s your fault for allowing the buyer’s expectations to be based on how well you’re “liked.” If you’re a peer of the buyer, you don’t accept that before the assignment.
