*Extensive experience working with Boards and Directors on Corporate Governance issues (international experience a bonus).
*Strong credentials re: Board evaluation, Board guidelines and relationships between Holding Company Boards and those of subsidiary companies.
*Ability to generate high-level workshops with appropriate collateral material for CEOs and Board Members for “best practice” in Corporate Governance.
