Tom Fishburne has kindly given me permission to reprint this cartoon he created for his blog. I think it symbolizes the nuttiness of current evaluation systems and the huge amounts of time wasted by people who don’t know how to evaluate, trying to give feedback to those who have no respect for their evaluation.
