If one’s position is that people should not base their decisions, actions, and behaviors on religious beliefs, especially in the workplace and political choices, shouldn’t those same people holding those positions be outraged and on the front lines of opposition to radical Islam, which advocates killing everyone else in the name of religion?

Is the 23rd Psalm on a school wall, or the recitation of the Lord’s Prayer before an event, more harmful to others than a jihadist with a gun?
