  1. I’m pressing 1 for Intelligent Life!

    There should always be an upfront option to speak to a real person RIGHT AWAY! Or why else are you in business? Busywork does not get you new clients and no one including the CEO/President should be beyond picking up the phone when it rings.

    Human to Human contact is key when it comes to growing a business and keeping clients. Why don’t more businesses get that is a mystery.
